Anything steamed versus fried is healthy. It's eating either too much fat or the wrong kind that makes Chinese cusine unhealthy.
If they have steamed brown rice that's even healthier.

Yes, Traditional Chinese food is healthy, but Japnese food is healthiest.
When you order the chinese foods on the menu, and pick the dishes w/ veggie on it. Steamed is the healthiest, stir-fry is OK.

No, Americanized Chinese fast food is not healthy, such as greasy fried egg rolls, fried sweet & sour pork/chicken.
People in China don't eat Fried food everyday.

Sounds delicious. Though if you like shrimp, try some stir fry or satay. It's better than whole fried prawns, which are very high in cholesterol.

out of all your choices of chinese food (alot of which can be fried, fatty, etc) the steamed stuff is your healthiest choice, definitely, if you are ordering it and not making your own be aware of the MSG they put in it, it makes the food taste better but MSG is not 'good for you' be aware also of the salt content, too much is also not 'good for you'

If the Chinese Food is prepared by someone who knows what they are doing (no runny rice or limp broccoli) and who does not kill it with salt and/or MSG then definately...it is healthy and tasty too!

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fresh vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

All that's healthy. Just depends on what sauce comes on it. Even soy sauce is loaded with sodium.

Doesn't make it less tasty though.
