One legal gun dealer in NYC was found to be selling guns to customers without making a report of the sale and then reporting the guns stolen. This practice was also found in some of the southern states. The dealers were arrested and jailed and their Federal Firearms and Dealers license revoked....I am sure that there are more dealers doing this and I am also sure that they will be caught........Many more guns come up from the south (Illegally) and are sold on the streets.
