Is there an evening art/painting class near Preston, Lancs?

I don't know if this is any help, but while on a short break to Blackpool i saw exactly this advert for interested parties to contact them for an art class. This was seen in a newsagent's window (where all the little cards are placed). Don't know exactly but between Tower and central pier on a backstreet. good luck and Happy New Year.
