Well, we went out for our anniversary last night to a place we have always gone to get Eggplant Parmesan--Ruffino's in Phoenix. We had such terrible service for the second time in a row that we probably won't return. Now I need to know of some Italian restaurants in the metro Phoenix that serve good Eggplant Parmesan. Anyone know of any?? The Chandler/Tempe area would be best, but any suggestions in teh metro Phoenix area would work.

I am not sure that they sell Eggplant parmesan but a place in chandler called La Famiglia had amazing italian. I used to live in chandler and i always went there. It's not fancy. it's just regular italian. it's the closeset i got to great italian food the 4 years i lived there. you could also make the eggplant parmesan at home if you want.

It's in Glendale, but try Cucina Tagliani at 59th ave & Bell rd or 83rd Ave & Bell Rd.
This is my favorite dish and this is my favorite place to eat it
