I've been sunbathing nude for the past 4 years, since I was 17, and the first time I got naked at the beach I got a really bad burn on my boobs and nipples. Since then I use SPF 30 all over myself, especially on sensitive areas such as my nips and labia, and haven't had a problem.

The first thing I do after taking off my clothes is to put on HawaiianTropic Tan Enhancer, or a similar tan accelerator from the tanning salon. Nothing else for the first hour. After that, I put on the sunscreen for the rest of the day...that way, I get a start on a good tan every time I'm naked at the beach (which is at least 25 times a summer) which darkens with every visit (that's why I use the tan enhancer first). Then, the sunscreen kicks in to prevent burning or skin cancers in years to come.

As the summer goes on and your tan deepens, you can cut back to SPF 15 and then nothing at all once you've got a great tan established.

Be sure to use a high end sunscreen that filters out both UVA and UVB...don't buy a cheap product just to save money. It's your skin, so treat it well.

Bare hugs...
