it wouldnt strike me immediatly as obese, you seem to be very short and light, but at the same time young, so try working yout ur BMI on the internet to give you some sort of idea

Thats not fat!!!!! Thats healthy, if you are unhappy just cut out any sweets, make sure get enough exercise you should feel happier, My daughter is 16 and 5' 4" she weighs about 8 1/2 stone, she said she would love to be 7 stone, honest bab dont worry about your weight at your age, if you were obese then im sure your parents would have told ya!!!!!! You are not fat. Your body is still growing, dont even consider dieting you are only 13, you will do more harm than good. your body still has alot of adjusting to do. If you want and if it makes you feel better, get out and do some walking, that is good exercise, maybe you have a dog or know someone who has, it will relieve the boredom.

I don't think you are fat.
you may need toning.
you need more exercise - get up and do some walking - but stay safe!!
You may also need to change your posture.
Stand up straight - put you shoulders back - pull your tummy in - walk proud - you will automatically look slimmer.
If you are in any doubt have a word with your doctor
for you ignoramuses - 1 stone = 14 pound so 7 stone is 98 pound

you are so not fat I'm 5'3" and according to many sources my ideal weight is around 9st. check out the bmi calculator on the BBC website(www.bbc.co.uk) in the health and lifestyle section. but further to that your like thirteen, you so shouldn't be worrying about your weight or trying to cut out things from your diet as your still growing and your body needs a lot of nutrients etc to make sure you develop properly.

You are slightly overweight - say about 10 lbs.
Cut off all sugar - including the fizzy drinks (80% sugar!) and fast food, cycle around as much as you can. Make your supper/evening meal as simple as possible.
You will get rid of the extra pounds within a month.

She's doing a running and healthy eating programme and is hoping to fit into a bikini in summer.

no no no no. stop worring about what you look like and enjoy your body cause trust me when your older and have a baby u will get fat and then you will wish you made the most of your body when u were young (personall experiance). good luck chick

If you're writing the question, I am assuming that you think you're fat, so the answer is YES.
At age 13, you should only need to cut down slightly on food if you increase your physical activity level.
