My female cat isnt acting like herself.I have two cats at home,1 of them is a pure bred siamese and i dont know what the other one is.We found out our cats had roundworms so we had to move them outside for a while. Before we moved them outside,my female cat, which is the older one,was being very aggressive towards my male kitten. She has always been like this to all oher cats. When we moved the two outside, she started warming up to our six month old kitten. Now,she takes him wherever she goes, even when she goes out to claw up a tree and mark her terratory with him. They begin to sleep together and cuddle, they even rub their heads together now and then. She still gets kind of grumpy sometimes, and smacks him in the face, but other than that she has really changed. She also is alot more terratorial, she beats the heck out of other cats. Why is she acting like this...she used to hate other cats.Somone tell me if there is something i should be concerned about.

It's probably nothing to be concerned about: Cats do actually become friends, and I used to have an old male cat who took care of a little female kitten I had just gotten like he was her daddy.

But since they have had roundworms, you might want to take them for check-ups.

Good luck!

Be happy they're getting along. Usually when aggressivie cats see that the newcomer isn't going anywhere and is supposed to be there, they will accept him. Sometimes that acceptance is only tolerance. If yours have become buds, it's all the better. Congrats on a happy family!
