"Yeni yılınız kutlu olsun".

But say this to more than one person or when you want to sound polite. If you are going to say this to only one person who is close to you just say "Yeni yılın kutlu olsun".

Or you can just say "Mutlu yıllar" or "İyi yıllar" meaning "happy years" and "good years" respectively. We use both to celebrate the new year.
