Rome to the North, the Italians seem taller and often blue eyed
and speak correct Italian. From Rome down, people appear shorter and stockier and have brown eyes and shorter necks, often over-
weight! And from Naples South, they speak a dialect that even the
North don‘t understand. Food, also is very different and in the Southern part overeating followed by a siesta is very common.

The country of Italy is vastly different north and south. The River Po is a good dividing line. The mountainous snowy north and the Mediterranean south.
