Well, I don't know where you are from, but you should probably go to an employment agency and ask them. Hotels generally hire entry level positions, so they aren't going to go to any lengths to hire someone that doesn't already live in their country/city/province.

You should actually look at applying to a hotel in Banff Alberta, it is a small mountain, town and tourist trap that employs most of it;s seasonal work base by recruiting from other countries. It is actually a rather common occurrence for you to be helped by a staff member with not only their name but country of origin on their name tag.
