The full Jilbaab all comes separtely.
There is the Burka (the Long Dress)
There is the Hijab (The scarf)
Then there is the Niqab
You have to buy them all separtely.

Jilbab is the outer garment like a dress, usually the niqaab is something you buy separate.

However the niqaab can be attached to the hijab (scarf) or you can get a niqaab separately.

salam jilbab is the dress generally on it's own but some hijabs (headscarfs) come with a Niqaab. depends where you buy them and if the place you buy them from has them. one of mine was bought with a niqaab in the same shop and matching the hijab so it really does depend.

The niqab is a separate thing; at least in my country.

Nope. A jilbaab doesn't include any head coverings. Those have to be bought separately, but can be picked to match.
