If you're referring Osama (Usama?), then he's probably dead by now. He was in fairly bad health when the invasion of Afghanistan occurred. So unless there's a invisible six-foot-four Arab with an dialysis machine running around in Pakistan, I'd say he's either confined somewhere or deceased and his name still being whored around.

Ask your elected officials. He's the most wanted man in the world and he has a massive bounty on his head. Either we have a satellite aimed at the entrance to his cave, and are just waiting for a more politically beneficial time to capture him ... or our government is friggin incompetent.
