best thing I have used is Moisture therapy intensive by Avon.It says for hands but.it really works great on my feet and it does not burn or itch.

I think they put an awful lot of perfume in footcreams to mask smelly feet. Try using E45 cream or something similar that hasn't much smell. Vaseline is pretty good too and try to wear some under socks for bed, the natural heat from your body will soften feet while you sleep. Good luck.

most likely you are allergic to something they put in feet lotion. i've had problems finding moisturizers in general...like for my face and body and hands.
