Sometimes it's like I have to put conditions on things, for example:
1. If I touch the wall... this will happen
2. If I dont' do this, that wiill happen.
3. If that person doesn't look at me in 5 seconds, this will hapen.

And it can be anything from I'll get a cold as the condition, or worse.
I only experience this every now and then, and not to the extreme of having to do something over and over, But i bugs me that when this happens (usually in times of stress), I find myself saying this.

What do you think?

It sounds like a reaction to stress - to feeling 'out of control' in your life. When we're feeling really bullied by life, we'll find all kinds of ways to begin to feel like we have at least some control over something.
Just accept what you do - when you find yourself putting conditions on things, just say something like 'Ah, I know why I'm doing this: it's because I'm feeling stressed at the moment.' Don't fight it and don't feel bad about it; just accept it. Then you might look at the areas of your life that are getting to you, and see if you can't reduce some of the stressors.
The best thing you can do is not worry about this, don't let it bug you - try and smile about it if you can! (Because it REALLY doesn't matter). But reduce the stress in your life somehow. You might try meditation and relaxation listening to music....

I think a lot of that stuff comes from being bored and feeling you have no direction or purpose in your life. Or you could be paranoid schizophrenic too, but it could be both I suppose. I would try setting some goals and trying to stay very occupied with very important things all day so you can't sweat the small stuff. Or you could take some pills. Either way I hope you get better and find a cure for these problems. Good luck!!!

It sounds like hypochondria with some OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) thrown in. See a doctor. Talk to him or her honestly about your symptoms so you can get proper treatment.

I am not a doctor but it sounds like a mild form of O.C.D.You seem to experience it in times of stress, that's your brain trying to cope with stress. It's a little neurotic, but not psychotic.Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can be managed with medication.Talk to your doctor, he can give you a referral to see a specialist. There are people out there that cannot function with their daily life because of severe O.C.D.Good Luck.

It sounds to me that you have anxiety issues. I have suffered from them for many years and when I first started having them, I would always have that question.."what if". I too used to think I was going crazy. It is an aweful feeling. I think you need to talk to your doctor and get some meds.

I think you are paranoid. What you are talking about is called self talk. Self talk is what you say to yourself in different situations.

When you are stressed it sounds like you lose control of your thought patterns and become more stressed. A simple remedy is to talk truthfully to your self. Denying your self talk to run on its own path.

To thine own self be true!!!!!!!
