I had a retriever named Rudy...he was the most loyal, loving so perfectly behaved and so loaded with personality buddy anyone could have! You're so lucky to have your pup! Enjoy a long life together!
So in honor of the best dog that EVER lived...name him Rudy :-)

I know friends who has named their retriever after a favorite sports figure with a catchy name. One is called "Brady" after Tom Brady and one is called
Bruschi after the Patriots linebacker, Tddy Bruschi. I had a friend who named their dog Rudy after the movie character of the same name.

Gentry. It is a very thought provoking name. The Gentry class in England, were considered upper class, artists and poets and were much sought after, just for their company alone. I had a cat named Gentry and got soooo many compliments on his name.
