Your video card plays a major role in how games perform on your pc. There aren't too many things you can do for free to do the job. try upgrading the drivers on the video card you have sometimes you can squeak out a little more performance that way.

You have more issues than a simple download. To play more advanced games, you need to consider processor speed, hard drive size, how much memory you have (RAM), as well as what quality sound and graphics cards you have. Even with the better cards, will your computer support them?
It's best, first, to look at the system requirements of the game(s) you want to play and see if your system basically meets those requirements. If not, you're looking at needing to upgrade hardware (which can sometimes cost more than just buying a newer computer).

First of all Upgrade to DirectX 9.0c, all the recent games need that. Other than that it is mainly hardware upgrades that will make your PC run a lot faster, it is the only way.

You probably need to upgrade he hardware on your pc rather than being able to download something. Would probably need more menory, beter graphics card and faster processor (depending on what you have already). It may be easier to just get a new PC

god, there is NO WAY to "magically" upgrade your computer with software to make your hardware better.
Buy hardware upgrades, sorry you can't download them.
