It is still listed on my Nov. phone bill. Even though it's just $1.02, shouldn't it be removed with the new tax law?

If it is a local-only plan the excise tax still applies. If it is a bundled service or simply a long distance service, you should not be paying the tax. The best link I could find is attached.
