Hershey's syrup, dark chocolate pieces, marshmallows or that marshmallow stuff in a jar and cherry pieces and pecans or peanuts or walnuts

I like to add 1 teaspoon of Tabasco or something on those lines to kick up the intensity of the chocolate. You might not like that much so start off with 1/2 and do a taste test first.

- prepare mix as usual and bake half of it at 250 degrees for about 10 min (just to get it to set up)

- carefully place Hershey Symphony bars (usually you can only find these in the giant size in the candy aisle) or Skor bars on top of batter

- pour remaining batter over candy and cook at temperature noted on box for half the time recommended on box

(Note - watch these carefully so they don't burn since you precooked half the batter already)
