I'd say 卡西蒂 (pronounced "ka3 xi1 di4"). When Western names are put into Chinese, we simply find characters that sound similar to the pronunciation of the names in either English or its original language. Therefore there are many ways to write Kasidee in Chinese, and 卡西蒂 is just one way to do it. So you can either take my suggestion or the one of the person above me.

Before you get a tattoo, check with some real Chinese people. Do you realise that Chinese characters, although pretty universal, are pronounced very differently in the various Chinese languages, for example Mandarin and Cantonese. A Mandarin speaker might give you three characters for "ka / see / dee" but a Cantonese speaker, on seeing these, might pronounce them "wot / a / prat". Take care.

You have to look for the sounds, but you might also want to look at meaning too. Imagine if you wrote her name with an insulting ideograph!
