Purebreds last less time than mixed breeds. Each breed has his own normal life expectancy. My border collie lived to 14 years, my sheltie to 18 years.

It really depends on the breed and size. Larger dogs have a tendency to live less years than smaller dogs, Also a mix breed might live longer than a pure bred dog. I have had 3 mix breed dogs over a period of time that were all small and they lived around 12 years.

10-12 years is the average life span for a Golden Retriever. Some, obviously, will live longer than others, just like people.

Dogs usually live longer than cats, and cats live to be around 13-14 so I think they live to be around 16 or 17

its hard to tell wen he'll die it could be tomorrow but i hope its not & in dog years one of our years is 7 so just mutipy it and when he dies you'll know how old he was

there is no exact time or day they will die. my pomerian is 14 years old & still acts like a puppy!

It is not like they have an expiration date or something!!! Like people, they die when it is time for them. No one can tell you that!
