As long as you have an Iqama (residency permit) it is not a problem. I am american and I had my son here last year. Just make sure that you open a file at a reputable hospital ( I had my son at the king abdul aziz university hospital it was just like an american hospital and they have a package for about 3500 or 4000 riyal for a visit each month to the doctor and the delivery and stay in the hospital.) Good luck and take care of yourself and your unborn child.
