Yes, of course. You will be expected to pay for the costs, the child will not have Saudi citizenship, and your papers should be in order or you and the child face immediate deportation, but you may certainly give birth there.

As long as you have an Iqama (residency permit) it is not a problem. I am american and I had my son here last year. Just make sure that you open a file at a reputable hospital ( I had my son at the king abdul aziz university hospital it was just like an american hospital and they have a package for about 3500 or 4000 riyal for a visit each month to the doctor and the delivery and stay in the hospital.) Only if they are full term and their water breaks. Don;t see why any govt could prevent natural childbirth!
