There's this really sweet guy at my school who will not stop asking me to be his girlfriend. As dorky as it sounds, i'm sticking to my beliefs and i'll probably date a guy when i'm around 15. But this is the worst part. He is cute. I don't really like him a kind of way where i feel comfortable going with him, but still i'd like to tell him no and still end up his friend in the end. But how?

guys feelings are very tricky regardess of wat u might think. u cant expect him to wait forever becuse he can literally flip overnight and be angry (not over u) but angry. waiting before u do something usually means ur not too keen on it so while u may want to wait until ur 15, that can turn to 17 and then 20 before u no it. keep him close but dont use him. jenny nd forest from forest gump is a good example of this but he probably wont wait that long. anyway ur ony 15, just enjoy life and school cuse itl all be gone in a second

Tell him that you really don't wanna date anybody right now and that you would just like to be friends with him. If he likes as much as u say he will wait and maybe change and be cool not dorky.

You are apparently way to young to be thinking about boyfriends and unfortunately, you'll get a lot of really messed up answers on this message board. Just do whatever you feel is right for you and stop asking other people what you should do. Be smart!!!

Honesty is the best policy, but even when you're being honest, you can still be polite. Telling him nicely why you won't date him, but that if you were to date someone, he would be at the top of your list still keeps the door open for something later on.

Just be honest with him and tell him that you won't go out with him. There are lots of cute guys out there, but we girls don't have to like all of them. Plus, i think the best thing is that you should be good friends. Guys can make a real good friend, believe me!

Tell him that you don't want to date someone until you're older.
Tell him how old so that he knows how long he'll have to wait.
Then tell him that you do think he's cute and hope that he'll still be your friend when you get old enough to date.
When you do get old enough, if he's still cute and you still like him and he still likes you and he's still wanting to date you, let us all know because that will be a heart-warming tale of love.
Good luck!

tell him your parents are strict...not allowed to have boys call and not allowed to go out without an adult there...or just tell him you're not ready for a boyfriends...or you could always tell him you have a boyfriend outside of school...or the best one i think is to ask him if you could be friends first and see if you like him before going out...you never know...you might end up liking him

Letting him know you feel that way is an ultimate test. If he respects that then he's really a good guy, if he can't accept that then his somewhat true nature will show. In your case I hope he respects your wishes. Good luck.

Just say that you are not interested in dating at the moment and you want to focus on school.
