Lust is a fleeting desire marked by a feeling of insecurity. You are excited and eager but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and pieces that you would just as soon not examine too closely. It might spoil the dream. Lacks confidence when your lover is away. Lust is powerful and seductive and you are dragged inexorably towards isolation, lonliness, insecurity and emptiness.
Love with commitment requires honor, respect, forgiveness and sacrifice. it is patient and kind and is not jealous or conceited. It does not keep a record of wrongs and is not happy with evil but happy with the truth. Love is eternal and never gives up. It's the road out of the loneliness, suspicion and despair. If we substitute lust for love we end up with a meaningless sensation which eventually loses its novelty and can never satisfy beyond the physical.

Lust see's nothing but the physical and doesn't venture into the core of the person. And, doesn't really care about the core. They are just attracted and excited to be around that person.
Love takes time, once you've been around that person for a while something deeper comes into play. True feeling and emotions and u care what happens to and with this person. It's a much rational stronger bond than lust, lust is more about the physical and the true person.

Lust is mainly a physical thing only. When you lust for someone all you can think of is sex and with love, you have more in common and you like them outside of the bed too.

When it comes to loving someone you don't think about their body or having sex with them.
Lust is exactly that, sex.
Love you think about the whole person...who they are...and you just fall in love with that.
Love is much stronger than lust.

we can find the difference in them because for lust, you are just attracted bodily and you will not be willing to give that person the unconditional giving, unlike love which will make you feel that even if that peron turn old and ugly one day, you will still love that person and stay by that person no matter what.

It's all about the focus. When you are in love, you focus on the other person, fulfill their needs, and do whatever you can to make them happy -- with no other motives.
When you are in lust, it's all about you. You do what you have to in order to get what you want. YOU can't live without them, YOU have to have them, and YOU will do whatever you need to to be with them, regardless of what's actually best for them.

If you think about this person for the rest of your life and you don't think about the sex and how it will be years from now, it's love. but if when you think about the long run you can only think about how good the sex will be, it's probably lust.

love is something u feel, something u can't control. love comes natural and it is unpredictable. lusting is having illusion, imagining things, or making up things. u see a cute guy, u say wow he is fine. then u start picturing yourself being with that person without getting to know the person.
