not really. there is nothing wrong with him, everybody loses their teeth but though it a second tooth id suggest laying him off the sugar for a while. im 14 too and i already had a second tooth taken out and yes it hurts. anyway, if its not the sugar he might have bumped into something which could mean tooth root stuck in the gum. go see your dentist would be the best advice

It may be decayed. He may need a root canal to save that tooth. Check with the dentist or endodontist.

Defiantly go see a dentist, he may need orthodontic work. Get him to eat less sugary stuff, or hard, chewy foods, as they will make it worst.

Make a dentists appointment as soon as possible.

check with the dentist and get an xray done. its not expensive and solves your worries.
