If YOU are an American citizen, you are subject to the laws of this nation, murder is a capitol crime, no matter the immigration status of your victim. If YOU choose to become a vigilante, know that there are many eyes and ears on the border,& not just the American side either. There are many different methods to eliminate an enemy in the darkness, YOU must choose which will work best for YOU.
