I would love to date a female police officer, but I don't know how to go about doing that. I don't think that I could approach them while they 're at work, and when there off, I wouldn't know that they are a cop.

Cops love to work out. Go to the gym... it will also give you common ground to start a conversation. Though, girls hate to be approached at the gym. I have noticed several female cops working out on the bikes that wear the t-shirts with picture of the police badge on the front left of the shirt.
