If you prefer warm sake, the best way is to sit the opened bottle in a tall container with 90 C hot water around it.
Of course, if you have a sake serving set with the bottle and dish, use that bottle for warming in hot water.
If the volumn of hot water is the same as the contain, It only takes 3-5 minutes.
