The Bible doesn't say that at all. The Bible says that the devil is the father of lies and insinuates that if you are a perpetual liar you have Satan's influence in your life.

There is no such verse although the Bible (especially Proverbs) is full of warnings about speaking lies. That a small lie often leads to bigger and bigger lies is validated by universal human experience.

I don't believe there is such a scripture. Don't get me wrong, it's a spiritual truth, indeed, it's just not spelled out in the bible as you stated.
