It all depends on what you believe the holy grail to be. If it was insignificant as some have put on here, the topic would not still be up for discussion after two thousand years! The grail could be a simple as a cup, to symbol of Jesus' blood line and many other things to debate in history. This really isn't an question that can be answered in the few lines this system gives. It would take years of research, debate and finally, you have to decide for yourself as to what it is, before you can ask your self, what it's significance is.

Nothing. It is a myth that was started with the fiction story of King Arthur and his ficticious quest for the mythical cup. The story of King Arthur has roots in pagan myths .

According to the bible materail things like cups, robes shrouds are nothing and the thing people should be concentrating on is the death, burial, and ressurection of a Risen saviour.

I am pagan and find it odd the things Christians concentrate on. Don't you people read your own bible?

There is no 'Holy Grail' in the bible, that I have found. a 'thing' on earth is not holy at all... only Christ and God and the Spirit are Holy... and we and all our 'stuff' are not...

It is said to be the cup that Jesus the Christ used at the Last Supper (Sadar). Some say it was also used to capture His blood as He hung upon the cross. It is claimed to have miraculous powers. YBIC

Havn't you seen Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade?! It answers all questions you could possibly have. It was the cup of Christ and if you drink from it you get eternal life, BUT you have to stay within the seal! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STAY BEHIND THE STEAL!! If you cross the seal, the whole place comes down! And DONT choose the lavish cup, like the NAZI did! Remember he was a carpenter, and humble.
