I work in the food industry, and one of the trade publications I get actually had an article recently about the growth of the halal industry. They mentioned that many non-muslims are seeking out and purchasing halal meat now. I wish I could remember which magazine it was, but some of the reasons they gave had to do with origin, perceived food safety and quality.

Do you even know what Halal meat is??? It's any meat that is slaughtered in the name of Allah. It's the same as any meat you eat.
