This is where both maturity and self control come into play. Throughout our lives we will be constantly introduced to new people, find ourselves attracted to some; dislike others.
But she has already made a commitment with another man; she's off limits.
Take a deep sigh (and cold shower, if necessary) then go on with your life. You have no right putting your nose in where it doesn't belong.

Yes. but if she is married then limit yourself to good conversation, sport, or mutual cultural interests. This is part of being a gentleman. A real man doesnt take, seek or distract another man's wife. If she is not married, then its still a sensitive issue, with hard decisions to be made and discretion to be used, but in that case its basically her choice and her decision.

I find it best not to go down alley because it hurts cos u know that female in is attached/married so steer clear
