Mixed together?? If you're really serious about doing a "cheap" wine and cheese party, serve them separately!! Rum drinks and Velveeta sliced up with crackers or something. Otherwise, eeeewwww!! : )

There would need to be a disproportionate amount of rum to cheese to make this a drinkable beverage. I've just tried this and it makes you really drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrunk. In a blender put 8 ounces of rum
1/4 pound of velvetta
4 ounces seltzer
ice
Mix till smooth
pour in a champagne glass(don't overfill)
Serve with an appetizer of your choice.
