but no touching etc, should a guy try to kiss a girl at the end of
the 2nd or 3rd date or should he ask to kiss her ???

If she's on a 2nd or 3rd date, it probably means that she's okay with kissing...provided you don't try to move too fast or overshoot the situation. It's also a very nice/safe gesture to ask her for a kiss. I think a lady would appreciate you asking...shows class on your part.

i think by asking it can make things a little uncomfortable and staged. but don't just leap on in!
i think you've been polite by waiting past the 2nd or 3rd date. if she's agreed to 3 dates already, then she's intersted in you - and probably wondering why on earth you don't like her enough to kiss her!!
just chose a quiet moment where you are already standing near to each other, and see what her reaction is when you hold her hand. if she doesn't pull away, then lean in and softly and lingeringly kiss her.
nothing to lose.
first kisses are one of the most delightful things in life - like skiing on powder snow or eating chocolate!

I taught my daughters to wait for the man to make the move. If you don't make the move after the 3rd date, you may never get to kiss her.

Start by asking for a hug and see how receptive she is to that; if she is receptive, you could then let her know you wanted to kiss her and ask her if it is ok.
