it doesn't bother me but if a guy is going "downtown" it's better if his face isn't scratchy.

It depends on the time and place. I do like facial hair, as long as it's kept trimmed for the most part - like a nice goatee...mmm mmm. It looks even better when everything else is clean shaven. However, on occassion, a man can look really sexy if he doesn't shave for a couple of days - on the weekend, or when he's on vacation or something. I like the whole carefree attitude about it - like "who do I have to impress?"

i think both have there place! A guy with some scruff looks manly to his core, and it turns me on. so i love a guy who can grow scruff in a weekend or one who can change it up a bit (i know some must always be clean shaven for work) any way, its nice when the scruffy guy does clean up cuz it is a whole new look for him, and it is soft and sexy too.

Clean shaven, scruffy and stubbly is uncomfortable to downright gross if you are cuddling and have intimate contact.

Depends.. Some guys look better with a scruffly raw look... otherwise I would prefer clean shaven guys.

a little scruff is cute every now and again as long as its under control, but smooth shaven is always nice cuz sometimes kissing a guy with stubble is painful

CLEAN definitely, but all women are different if your woman is wild or crazy, she might like scruffy but, if she likes a lot of order and likes everything nice, and neat then I'd go with clean.
