Before God or the Divine evrything was in a state of voidness or negative existance. Without a huge elaboration, from this void the consciousness of what we call God came forth. From God everything else that we can think of, image and perceive came forth.

God has always been present, so there was no "before God."
For there to have been a "before God," there would have to have been a creator of the Creator.

When you use the word " before " you place your query in a time reference. God is transcendent of both time and space.
