According to the bible all sin is equal. Yes murder is equal with telling a white lie. don't get mad at me, I am pagan and I did not write the bible.
According to the bible the good person who never did much wrong and lived a good life or is pagan like me but good people will go to hell, but if Charles manson, Saddam, Hitler, or any of the vile murderus people who have ever lived,hears, beleives, repents, confesses that Jesus is the Christ, submits to baptism and tries their best to live a good life afterward, then whatever they did, however horrible will be forgiven. Jeffry Domer(spelling ) is a prime example. This murderer and homesexual did all the above and it angered many Christians because he tried to live according to the bible what short time he lived after his conversion.
According to the bible Jeffry had a change of heart and change of life and is in heaven right now with God. That does not bother me now, and it did nt bother me when I was a Christian. a true Christian should rejoice when a corrupt individual turns and changes, and cry when a good person refuses to accept and obey the Gospel of Christ.
That is the way it is with God and the bible. I did not write it and I don't follow it, but that is the way it is biblicly. . But there does have to be a rebirth, an change of heart and a change in the way the person lives and thinks. If that change does not take place then all the above is null and void.

Can you find the direct quote in scripture that says that all sins are alike, there is no sin greater than another. I must have missed that in seminary, I hear it all the time in the church and in the outside world.
Heaven or Hell are not based on the sins you have committed, it is based on the condition of your heart as it relates to God, and His Son Jesus the Christ.
Not one of us is sinless, so that just don't wash, and it don't match scripture.
Ted Haggard will go to heaven if his heart is right with God, and he believes in the Father and His Son Jesus.
If he don't then he is Hell bound.
As to Saddam, I believe his heart is pure evil. I have read his biography.
That is my opinion, I am not God.

How do we really know that Saddam went to Hell? Nobody but God can determine the final hour of a soul. there wuld be some amazing inner conversions that go on within a person at the hour of their death. Many people around the world pray all the time and God's grace is reaching out all the time, particularly to those in most danger of Hell at their last moments.
I prayed for Saddam, not becuase I felt he deserved it, but because every human being, no matter how evil, is precious to God and Hell is eternal, nothing is worth going to that place. Not even the most vile sinner on earth would I wish an eternal hell on.....temporary? yeah, but not eternal.

Those who profess to be a spiritual leader face a heavier judgement the bible says. More is expected from them.
When they take that stand and say I am living for Christ they better mean it. Because that the bible says holds them to a highter standard. Saddam never professed to be a spiritual leader. But if he did shame on him. They are gone now as far as hurting anyone is concerned. Haggard is exposed for the fraud he is and Saddam is dead. Cased closed.

We are not to judge . There is only one Judge. Only the Lord knows what was in Saddam's heart the moment he died.If Ted truly repented of what he did, he will enter heaven. NO sin is un-repentable.

The judgement of man is based on actions performed. It is usually incomplete and unjust.
The judgement of God is based on the mind. And the omniscience of the One True God secures absolute justice. That is why faithful people can enjoy inner peace on this earth.

Ted Haggard is said to have asked for forgiveness so he doesn't have to worry about hell if he was genuine.

2.Abominable Sin:Homosexuality and Beastiality
3.Unforgivable Sin:Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
