I am in israel at the moment and have so far only found what seems to be non-kosher Kahlua. What maybe are the requirements for it to be kosher ie as in the location where it is bottled

O-U on the bottle only. They are going to be giving a hechsher on the mexican bottles only.
"Bottles from Mexico have the word “Original” on the label. Bottles in the U.S. have “Imported” on the label."
