Historically, race is a rather new concept. The idea was created to rationalize the subjugation of indigineous peoples during colonial days. The first historical mention of race is in the early 17th Century.
The most pathetic race throughout history is the human race because of its' seemingly eternal inhumanity towards itself.

I'm getting shot for this one, the whites. Throughout history, we have enslaved and murdered more people of our own color / race / whatever for pitty reasons then any other race. The Blacks raged wars on eachother, sure, but not to the extent the whites did. From the Caucusus to Paris, we have continually had war and violence, and feeling as superior as we do, we enslaved other people from diffent races. But if you want to be specific, the RSouthern Europeans were the worst. They built massive empires to get there own superiority on a massive hype scale. Ultimately they fell from there own creation. The Romans fell because of their last ruler who wanted to be castrated, and the Greeks fell because of plague and poor economy. History repeats itself here, we are slaves of the government if you know it or not, having to pay taxes to live freely or go to jail and suffer for not paying taxes, having to constantly be watched so we don't devise something that the government wouldn't like, which by the way is primarily white.

White's accomplished a great deal.
Yellow people accomplish a lot.
Spaniards accomplished as much as whites.
The AMerican Indians at least have there South american relatives that built some impressive staircases here and there randomly.
And blacks, when you get them out of malaria and over hot Africa, can accomplish, too. Even there, they manage to build empires that were stupid by the standards of the rest of the world, but were great when you take into account the malaria and weird nature of Africa.
Pygmies though. What have they done. Nothing.
(I'm kidding. But kinda not.)

Right now I would have to say the white Europeans. They have tons and tons of history to teach them, yet they have predictably lapsed into ultra liberalism. Their culture will be gone in 50 years or less. The sad part is that they have poisoned the USA. Now we are sick and most of us fight against innoculation.
