stainless steel and "non stick" is oxymoron...
There are plenty of stainless seel skillets on the market, and plenty of coated non stick on the market. I prefer the stainless steel...They tend to cook better at a higher temperature...and also..they have NO COATING inside that will evenyually start peeling away! (don't you just HATE it when THAT happens?)
There is a way to make ANY stainless steel skillet cook better, and that is to take WHITE vinegar and pour it into the skillet (about 1/2 inche deep) then let the vinegar come to a boil in the skillet and boil for about 15 minutes...pour out the left over vinegar, and the skillet should not "stick"
the MORE you use it, the better "seasoned" it becomes, which means that it will cook better each time you use it!)

Yes, the casing --outside of pan, and often the handle--is stainless steel. The actual cooking area is treated with the non-stick (Teflon, etc) stuff.
It's a shiny pan, that is home-cook friendly.
If you have other stainless steel elements in you kitchen, it will fit right in.

I have not seen one. I wouls just use pame or oilve oil. I prefer Circulon they heat up fast an the base is very heavy so my food cooks evenly. Stainless has a slow rate of heat transfer but is is the best for durability.
