You can usually go on the Internet to the website/manufacturer of the Health Rider and get the instructions to print out...If you have a printer..and a lot of paper. Manuals are often long-winded. Hope this helps.

you can on line to the web site and ask for instructions there or call the company when i got my bow flex the same thing happened to me so i went on line and it helped me put it together
