Between Tuesday and Thursday anytime there are no Holidays within a two week span of your flight date. Just avoid the busy times of the year for travel.

dont book on the weekends, prices are expensive, book tuesday, wednesday, or thursday. right after or before holidays prices are cheaper because they have a lot of customers. book in feb-march, not as many travelers.
