WIZARD! you cannot honestly be comparing your heavy workload with the starvation and aids of the african plight!!!!! that's very near disgusting! if god loved them so he would end their misery by either killing them all, or saving them all. this limbo bs is just cruel.

god=evil

WOLF, there is no reason to assume that the christian god, nor the allah god, is "hands off." allah talks to his followers, apparently. the christian god has never stopped causing miracles, at least in the eyes of the believers. their gods should be taking care of the sick, not rewarding the soccer moms.

ugh!

but you're right, it IS up to us to help our fellow humans. but for now this is just one more proof that god is imaginary. and if he isn't imaginary, he's evil.

EILIKA, don't answer questions with something that has nothing to do with their question. it's annoying.

BIRD, god is ultimately responsible for EVERYTHING, so of course he gets blamed. you reference job (a book i'm sure you've never read) and so i'll point this out: satan ASKED god's permission to give job hell. and that was just ONE man, over some years. this is a nation of people over many MANY years! now quick, go pray that your new year's party is a success!!! god likes answering your prayers.

SOMEBODY, examine what you just said... it's OUR FAULT. why then is it that when anything goes exceptionally good it's GOD"S FAULT? why can't that be OUR FAULT as well? no, god gets credit for the good, and is seen as blameless for his atrocities.

god, if real, is sick.

DECKAPE, if you believe in god then you know that if he wanted to help the children he wouldn't need our help. don't say that we are interfering with god's supposedly perfect plan. god hates african children and most of the 3rd world nations. oh, by the way, did god answer your prayers about that new SUV?

PILGRIM, if you believe in god then it is his fault. ok? he causes everything, he can solve any problem (according to your faith) so either he doesn't exist, or he's evil. man has LESS power than god. always have, and always will (if he's real)

GUS, so the only help delivered to the poor children comes from their fellow men? then why do we need to have god at all? he can see that our efforts are not enough, why won't he intervene. and if god's love=starvation and aids, i don't want it. meanwhile, did they sing the song you asked god for at church on christmas?

TRON, if you believe in god then you know that he could STOP all that without thinking twice. but he doesn't. my question was not on why are there tragedies in africa, but why god causes so much pain over there, ignoring the prayers of the starving, all the while middle class americans give thanks to god for providing way too much food for one meal every night. so i am wondering why god hates those children?

Why don't you consider the mass of Catholic/Christian organisations in the name of God, who work as Christ told us to work and go out there and actually do what they can to help, not just Africa, but you can go on and on with so many charities that are doing what they can in GOD'S NAME to do something.

Instead, you get on here, taking pot shots at the God who is inspiring His own people to please get out there and do as Jesus taught (who by the way lived poor Himself), love and care for the poor. Most ignore God and His commandments, but have no problem picking at Him and blaming Him for the world's miseries, when man created them himself.

God created a good world, man corrupted it. We see the resutls of our own selfishness towards our fellowman and I tell you, those poor people who are suffering needlessly because of the rich who fill their plates daily and overeat, whilst they starve will be the ones Christ spoke of "The first shall be last and the last shall be first".

Don't you recall the story in the bible of the poor man that was neglected by the rich man? The poor man died embraced by a God who pulled him out of his suffering. The rich man died and received his punishment for deliberate neglect.

This world is unjust because those in charge are mostly unjust and those who have the means to make a difference do not.

God doesn't favour anybody, we live in more favourable surroundings, they do not. God gave us the means to provide eachother and nobody need ever starve or go unnoticed, but man's inhumanity to man continues and until the day comes to where God's justice falls on this entire planet and Satan's reign is at an end, we will continue as we are. We have every means to exercise our charity, but mostly do not.

People mainly ignore God, they don't really care, until they have something to blame Him about. You gotta wonder exactly what they are doing to make a difference themselves. It gives many the excuse they are looking for to become an atheist, instead of looking at the real evil. Notice Satan never gets mentioned? Notice we never really want to look at ourselves?

So instead of getting on here blasting people about their lives, to which you know nothing about (do you know my suffering?). Do you think not having food is the only suffering? have you heard of child rape? have you heard of those in mental hospitals in total anguish being drugged out and hopefully they'll die to escape misery? Have you heard of parents who may have lost chlidren in accidents? You get on here and behave as though you have the answers, and I wonder what the hell are YOU doing to change this?

God loves the third world children, God loves the most miserable wretch on earth. They are the ones who will be FIRST, and God help those who ignored them. That means you and I also, unless of course you are busy joining the charities in helping them.

I hate the injustice you speak of but the blame in my eyes belongs squarely on humans. There are enough resources on this planet to look after 6 times the current population. We just choose to spend money on different things and not equally distribute the food and medicine that is available to us. I can see why you are blaming God but the truth is we could fix the problem you speak of with less than a 5% adjustment in the budget of the 10 richest nations. God loves those children and It's good that you care. I for one have a sponsor child and I know many Christians do so God is doing something practical through His people. I also believe AIDS is a man made virus to control population but that is another story.

Edit: According to your logic if your sibling cheats you out of your inheritance it is Gods fault because he controls everything. Well He doesn't or we would not have free will.

Sheesh... blame the right people and stop rambling so much. You sound like an idiot. PEOPLE are to blame! The very PEOPLE in AFRICA are to BLAME. Do some home work on warlords as just one of many examples. Then go to Africa and try and make a change. Let's see how fast you get raped (not making it up. heard too many real life stories) if you are female or get the cr*p kicked out of you and shot in the head if you are male. Go ahead... force some positive change in the region...

[Edit]: I don't believe in god. That's the point. That's also YOUR point. So what I'm saying to you is to stop wasting time on something you don't believe in. If you really care about africa, then blame the right people. OR blame the muslims and christians and all other religions for their self-serving, closed-minded, hypocrital and cultish mentality centered around a fantasy. But don't blame the dog for sending emails on your computer. It doesn't make sense.

Have you ever read the Old Testament? In there is a story about the Israelites and how God always provided for them because they trusted Him. Well, if some of these African parents would pray to God and ask he will provide. Many ministries go over there all the time. I hope they are teaching them the Gospel and to pray. By the way, those African children that die will go to Heaven for everlasting life, as they are not old enough to account for themselves and they already lived a hard life. You might not believe this, but if I could change places with one of those kids, I would in a second.

God gave us all free will, and many people in Africa choose lifestyles that lead to the suffering we see there. It is their own fault, not God's.
The people of Africa should do what we did here in the United States, rise up against their despotic leaders and overthrow them so they can have a better life. So long as enough Africans support the leaders that the leaders remain in power, the rest will suffer.
As for AIDS, we know that AIDS is spread primarily by sexual practices contrary to God's rules, so don't blame God for what people do to themselves.

God does not hate the children in the 3rd world. Some people here in America and other fairly rich countries an opportunity to help- through organizations like "World Vision" etc. In Matthew Jesus says when we do unto the least of these, we have done it unto Him". We are to help the widow, etc. Sin enter the world, so all of this is because of sin, not because of God. I agree we can be selfish sometimes living here instead of a 3rd world, however, that does not make it God's fault. God loves the WHOLE world. We are called to be about His Kingdom purposes. If you feel so strongly about this, why dont you help in some way.

Truly that is not God, this one is man, first their own country men are backstabbers, the the Britt's exploded them for years now Islam is misguiding them and the only people feeding them and taking care of them are the Catholic and Christians,

No he never answers my prayers and I don't have an SUV and there were many poor people in America until JFK and the welfare system, so I don't hate the Africans, but what I said was true,

It is not God that is to blame here....it is the people who are in power, and run things in this world. How do you think they got the power in the first place? It is a big club, and all they care about is making more and more money, and gaining more and more power. They don't care about any of the unfortunates of this world. But, God gives us all free will, and will not interfere. So, it is up to those of us who do care to do what we can to rid the world of complacency, and apathy. These power hungry/greedy people who run things and withhold from the rest of us what rightfully belongs to everyone, could not get away with the things they get away with, if we did not let them. Let us educate ourselves about what is really going on in this world, then let us educate others, then let us begin to fight back with whatever means is at our disposal, and put this world into the hands of the people where it belongs.

God love all people, But they too have to come to God Through the blood of jesus Christ, I have said many times, God is blamed for everything, why can't people see that satan is behind most of these things, Yes there is times God will step aside because the people refuse to listern to God & God allows satan to do certain things, Just like he did to JOB. Now as far as aids, God sent a way for people to escape, but they rejected it, Read Malachi 4:5-6 Lest I come & smite the earth with a curse, why did this happen, Not because God don't love those people, But because they have rejected God's way of escape.
