Could be flu, do you have a temp? your pulse is high because you are hypovolimic. That means your heart is trying to keep blood moving in your veins but you have lost so much water(volume) that it has to pump fast to do it. You need an IV to hydrate or you could pass out. If you cant keep any liquids down, you will need an IV before to long. Not a big deal as I have had the same thing. Just get to an ER. Drink some Gatoraid, or as much water as you can. You need liquids.

Actually it does sound like the flu. You have 12 to 48 hours to get to the doctor and take tamiflu or other antiviral drugs. Call your local emergency room now and ask the nurse if you need to come in. They can listen to your symptoms and tell you whether it could be something serious.

You sound like you are dehydrated. Go to the ER or if you have an urgent care facility near you. Sounds like you have a nasty infection/flu and need to be looked at.

holy crap, some people are not very smart. if you think you have the flu go to the freakin wal mart and get some flu medicine. don't get dehydrated. if you throw up everything you may have to go to the doc and get some anti nausea medicine. if you call the ER and tell them your symptoms all they will say is come in and get looked at cause legally they can't give medical advice on the phone. if you have been doing any type of recreational drugs or using caffeine products that would cause the herat rate increase. if that is the case go to bed and you will be ok by morning.
