Drink a lot of water but i think you'll be ok. Heroin is detectable after 1 - 4 days. most others will be out of your system within less time. good luck.

You don't. If the opiates were from a prescription of YOURS, take it with you when you go for the test.

If they weren't yours, you'll test positive and will have a hard time explaining it to your employer.
