Well, I'd make a list of people.
And then you figure out their names, look them up and call.
If you don't remember, ask a pal or somebody.
"Hey, her hair was blonde and she was some 5'6 tall"--blah blah, you'll get ansers.
sorry for the news.

My heart goes out to you but dont despair. Some people have lived with this terrible illness for years.I really hope your one of them. There must be an aids help line or a group that meets in your area. You should join it,I am sure it will help you,How to tell the girls not an easy one to answer,I would probably not want to tell them direct.I would send them all a letter and suggest they go to a V.D. clinic.Better not to mention your condition. They maybe all O.K.

wow, i commend you for wanting to do the right thing! I also have to say that i will be praying for you and your health
i would say check your phone bill, most of them have detailed calling, so you know what number you called, if not. try your cell phone bill, they ALWAYS have the numbers.
make sure you talk to any girl you dated, go to the place you found them, maybe they will be there looking for another guy.

Doyou have their phone numbers I would call them and arrange to meet each one seperately and discuss your concern fo them. I htink you are doing a brave thing by owning up to your responsibilities. Also I would try to find the same method to find out who you caught it from if it was through intercourse.
