Does anyone know the name or the recipe of a Chinese dessert? It's like a deep fried ball with hot egg yolk filling.

They are called custard buns. They can be steamed or fried.

I know egg tarts are a dessert with yolk centers, but I'm stumped at the ball part. Moon cakes have a yolk filling as well, but I don't think it's got a hot filling, nor is it a ball. Good luck, though.
