I had the same problem. I kept asking doctors, nurses, endocrinologists, and dietitians and no one had an answer. I was taking large quantities of insulin at the time, due to pregnancy, and thought it was because of the large dose. It took awhile but I soon realized that if I continued to hold the skin around the injection site and massage it in, then there was no bruising. I rubbed it lightly for 30 - 45 seconds and it stopped the bruising. My bruises didn't hurt and didn't happen all the time, but I remember one day counting 7 bruises (purple and yellow). It looked awful. Hope this helps.

It takes position. you may want to not have kept sufficient stress on the puncture web site after the blood draw. If this is been various days , you may placed a warmth moist wash rag on the area to make the bruise disappear speedier. it truly is likewise achievable that you've a low blood count number yet do not worry too a lot about it. it truly is in all likelihood only a accepted bleed from too little stress earlier clotting .

Its just like an ivy. If you miss the target you put the fluid under the skin then it bruises.
