Grilled cheese sandwiches, veggie burgers, baked potatoes, black bean burgers, grilled veggies, veggie sandwiches, lots of places have fruit now...
We have a fast food Chinese place that has yummy tofu and veggie dishes. Many pita places also have several different vegetarian items. Some Mexican fast food places will have vegetarian options.

Be careful when ordering soups! Many soups have beef and chicken broth added! (Even 'veggie' soups!)☺

Cosi has flatbread sandwiches and several vegetarian options but it's a gourmet "fast food". I also eat at subway (they have a sandwich called veggie delight)

Well you can customize your food and ask the restaurant ppl not to put any meat in it. So you can have a quesadillas - but make it cheese with squash, mushroom, brocolli. You can have enchiladas but instead of chicken go for spinach. You can also have veg burgers, thai food, chinese.
Vegetarians have a whole lot options, just have to find them.

I rarely eat fast food because of all the trans-fats. But the list of stuff i do eat is much larger than the list of what i don't.

Actually now Burger King has a "BK Veggie" which is actually pretty good. McDonalds is slowly getting there, but if I want a veggie burger from there I would have to go out to NYC to get one.

it depends on which fast food restaurant. maybe apple pie, grilled cheese, pizza, or quesadillas. i try to avoid fast food though, it's bad for you even without the meat.
