I had these at a party a while back, and they were minis (like hors d'oveurve sized) and they had chopped liver inside. Does anyone know how to make these, also the chopped liver filling? I have no idea where to begin so the more detailed the better, please. I have already searched the internet and couldn't find anything, so if you don't know how to make these please don't just recommend food.com or something. P.S. they don't have to be kosher

hour.
Make filling. For either filing, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Divide dough in half and roll as thin as possible into a rectangle.
Spread the filling on long side of the dough and roll like a jelly roll.
Cut into 1-in. slices. Pull ends of the dough over the filling and tuck
into the knish to form small cakes. Place on a well-greased baking sheet.
