I was tested for HIV Antibody, Hep B s Atibody and Antigen and Hep C Antibody test after 16 days after the original blood sample was taken. The results are all conclusive. My last exposure was in May 2006, more than 6 months ago. I was told by the Lab Technician that the all blood specimens are freezed and stroed at the Lab.Can antibodies and antigen from the blood specimen vanish if taken more than 15 days ago at the Pathology where the test was conducted.

I assume you are asking if the tests will give a reliable diagnosis after storage in the lab for 16 days.
Blood for such tests are collected into tubes that contain various reagents that allow clotting and help preserve proteins including antigens and antibodies. Often serum is separated from the cell-containing clot before storing at -20C (household freezer). Typically antigens and antibodies will survive for years this way and they decay rather than disappear. In any case if you have one of the viruses listed there will be large amounts of antigen and antibody present. Also note that it takes the body time to respond to HIV and Hep C infections to produce antibodies that can be tested for. You should re-test at 3 and 6 months after a risky episode before you can say you are in the clear.
The crucial part of the testing process is the time spent between collection, transport and initial processing at the lab -we have a very reliable network here in Australia (those zippy little cars!) so there is very rarely a problem.
If you have further concerns:
1) get re-tested
2) speak to advisers at AIDS or Hep C councils or sexual health centres in your state
